Breast screening has a significant impact on the mortality and prognosis of breast cancer. Therefore, cancers can be detected as earlier as possible when they’re small and have not spread to lymph nodes making breast conservation possible as well as causing a reduction in mortality.

  • Age shift (most of the women get affected in their 30s and 40s)
  • The rising number of breast cancer patients in India
  • Lack of awareness among women

In India, screening should be given more importance because breast cancer among women has been steadily increasing over the past decade. With this in mind, health care providers can make the general population aware of breast screening and its necessity.

The Society is registered under Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860 (India) with Registrar of Societies, South District, Government of NCT of Delhi. Registration number is S/1448/Distt. South/2013. Jurisdiction of the Society is union of India.
