Guidelines for BISI Endorsement

The following are the guidelines for Breast Imaging Society, India endorsement

1. No financial commitment on either side.

2. Pre conference

  • Request email from the organizers to the General Secretary( at breastimagingsociety@gmail.com) and the President of Breast Imaging Society, India  agreeing to use logo in the promotion banners,  certificates and programme brochure. It should also mention that the programme is in association/ collaboration  with Breast Imaging Society, India.
  • Details of faculty must include a Breast Imaging Society, India identity ( member or office bearers )
  • Desk for new member registrations and promotion for the mid term or annual conference.
  • Breast Imaging Society, India disseminates this information through email and what’s app group

3. Post conference report: The letter or word doc should be on the conference letter head or your institution letter head & should have the following details.

  • Date
  • Venue
  • Theme
  • Programme
  • Photos 3 to 4
  • Attendees numbers
  • CME points
  • Faculty
  • Any new members for Breast Imaging Society, India

Optional

Any PPT or video of academic content if faculty is willing.

Any set of interesting cases or academic content as CD from the host side which we can store on our email drive or  and share if people want after permission  we can even put it on our website with due permissions.
