Answer
Fibrocystic disease of left breast (biopsy proven)

Discussion
Fibrocystic change of the breast is a benign alteration in the TDLU with or without associated fibrosis. Usually seen between 20- 40 years of age, peak before or at menopause. Clinical manifestations include palpable lumps with breast pain or tenderness. Ultrasound -appearances are not specific enough to differentiate them from other breast lesion. Imaging features includes scattered echogenic foci (calcifications), simple or complicated cysts. Cluster of cysts with clustered micro-cysts can also be seen. Mammography shows heterogeneously dense parenchyma of the breast , partially circumscribed masses are seen which reflects cysts. Tea-cup, low-density round calcifications are seen in multiple lobes
